In June 2021, China's production of Titanium sponge was 12,331 tons, a year-on-year increase of 55.6%.

From January to June 2021, the cumulative output of sponge titanium reached 72,387 tons,a year-on-year increase of 40.9%,
an increase of about 21,012 tons compared with that from January to June 2020.

The demand for sponge titanium is strong, the market supply is tight, and the price of raw materials continues to rise.

In the past three months, the price of magnesium ingot has been increased by about 4,000 RMB/ton, and the price of titanium tetrachloride has been increased by 400-600 RMB/ton.
The price of sponge titanium continues to fluctuate at a low level, and the cost of enterprises is under great pressure, and the price will collectively rise by 2,000 RMB/ton.

The price of new orders in the market has gradually increased, and the market has been operating smoothly as a whole.
