In addition to the problems mentioned above, such as overcapacity, low industrial concentration, and low resource utilization, we should realize that, as the production and consumption of ball refractories, although the production capacity of refractory products is large, there are few varieties of technical content, and the proportion of "green new" refractory products is low; facing the international market with great potential, there are not many products with secondary, high technical content and high added value; the proportion of ordinary products is high, and the proportion of unshaped refractories is high. It is unavoidable to weld and cut the cutting titanium plate during the processing of the titanium plate, but because of the characteristics of the cutting titanium plate itself, there are also special characteristics in welding and cutting, and it is easier to weld and cut the titanium plate in its welding joint and heat affected zone ( HAZ) produces various disadvantages. Do pay attention to the physical properties of the cut titanium plate when welding. For example, the thermal expansion coefficient of austenitic cut titanium plate is 1.5 times that of low-carbon titanium plate and high-chromium cut titanium plate; the thermal conductivity is about 1/3 of that of low-carbon titanium plate, while the thermal conductivity of high-chromium cut titanium plate It is about 1/2 of the low-carbon titanium plate; the specific resistance is more than 4 times that of the low-carbon titanium plate, and the high-chromium cutting titanium plate is three times that of the low-carbon titanium plate. These conditions plus the density, surface tension, magnetism and other conditions of the metal all affect the welding conditions.
