Precautions for installation, use, welding, transportation and maintenance of titanium pipes and titanium pipe fittings:1.Titanium alloy pipes and elbows should be checked regularly to keep the surface clean, and store them in an indoor ventilated place. Do not stack or store them in the open air.
2.Titanium alloy pipes, elbow ball valves, stop valves, and gate valves are only fully open or fully closed when used, and are not allowed to be used for flow regulation to prevent the sealing surface from being eroded and accelerated wear.
3. The gate valve and the upper thread stop valve are equipped with reverse sealing equipment, and the surface of the head will not rust when the handwheel is rotated to the upper position. Keep the storage environment of titanium alloy pipes, titanium elbows, titanium big and small heads, titanium tees and other titanium pipe fittings dry and ventilated, and keep the surfaces of pipes and fittings clean and neat.
1.When transporting and storing, the titanium tube manufacturer should pay attention not to make the titanium tube contact and collide with the iron material.
2.Mechanical methods should be used for cutting titanium and titanium alloy pipes, and the cutting speed should be low. When cutting or grinding titanium pipes with grinding wheels, special grinding wheels should be used; flame cutting should not be used. The groove should be processed mechanically.
3.Titanium alloy welded pipes should be welded by inert gas shielded welding or vacuum welding. Oxygen-acetylene welding or carbon dioxide gas shielded welding should not be used, and ordinary manual arc welding should not be used.
4. When installing titanium and titanium alloy pipes, iron tools and materials shall not be used to knock and squeeze. Do not directly contact with titanium and titanium alloy pipes; when titanium and titanium alloy pipes pass through walls and floors, sleeves should be installed, the gap should not be less than 10mm, and insulation should be filled, and the insulation should not contain iron impurities.
