2. Glasses legs

It needs to be fine-tuned, and the surface is beautiful and elegant. The preparation process is die forging, stamping, polishing, bending, welding hinge (folding), and cutting.

It uses a multi-head die forging machine or a computer numerical control (CNC) continuous die forging process; stamping is the use of upper and lower dies. 3. Nose stand
The clip nose frame is a part that connects two frames. It is punched and machined by wire on the die. Both ends should match the curvature of the frame, and then spot welded. The material is required to have sufficient strength and not easily deformed when worn; Folding (hinge) is a key part to ensure the folding of the temples, spot welding on the temples or the frame, requires high machinability and wear resistance of the material; the bending angle piece is a small part, precision cutting Machined, using the same material as the hinge; the nose plate is the part that supports the frame to be clamped on the nose, and can be made of titanium with good tensile processing performance and bending performance.
